MUST Student Shines in Poland

On March 1st, 2023, Mr. Evans Arinaitwe, a third-year student undertaking a Bachelor of Business Administration at the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences traveled to Poland after emerging the winner of the MUST- Powislanski University Erasmus+ Exchange Mobility program. This program, known as the European Community Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students, aims to foster its participants’ educational, professional, and personal growth while promoting equal opportunities, diversity, and fairness.

“The 4 months of Erasmus + program has enabled me to have international exposure, build my social capital, and learn human resource expertise competency in addition to the program modules” Evans noted. The experience has enabled Evans to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, broaden his perspective, and gain valuable insights into different cultures worldwide. Evans is thriving in Poland and continues to excel academically, embracing the enriching educational environment at Powislanski University.

Evans’ study abroad program has proven to be a transformative chapter in his life, equipping him with invaluable skills, knowledge, and a network of international connections that will undoubtedly shape his future endeavors.

Evans is grateful for the opportunities given and the incredible experiences he has gained. He recognizes that the Erasmus+ program has not only contributed to his personal and professional growth but has also fostered a deep appreciation for diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities. Evans said, “I take this opportunity to thank the Erasmus + Mobility Exchange team of MUST for the support rendered in the entire process of the program. I also thank the MUST leadership especially the Vice Chancellor who welcomed and endorsed the partnership.

The 5-year Erasmus + program will enable the exchange of students and staff between MUST and University of Powislanski till 2027.
