MUST Congratulates Dr. Rogers Kajabwangu on AOGU Presidency

Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) community, congratulates Dr. Rogers Kajabwangu (PhD) upon being elected as the 12th President of the National Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (AOGU). Dr. Kajabwangu, a distinguished faculty member at MUST and MRRH.

He has mentored a number of students and participated in Urogynecology camps as well as being at front-line of “restoring her dignity campaign”. He emerged victorious in the annual general meeting held on 6/11/2024, at the Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala.

Dr. Kajabwangu will be deputized by Dr. Ntuyo Peter from Makerere University. The University extends its warmest congratulations to both individuals and wishes them a successful tenure.

This significant achievement underscores MUST’s commitment to producing world-class healthcare professionals. Dr. Kajabwangu’s election shows his exceptional expertise, dedication, and leadership qualities.
