Mbarara University Medical Laboratory Students Association (MUMELASA) invites all Laboratory professionals to attend the GCLP training for Skills Refinement for Competitive and Sustainable Quality Medical Laboratory Output in a Resource Limited environment.
GCLP is a training offered to anticipating Laboratory scientists as a way of preparing them for the greater good of quality service in the field. This is given by specialists who with knowledge
and expertise are entrusted to deliver scientific and professional guidance to Laboratory students. GCLP also entails acquaintance with managerial concepts covering the
organizational processes and conditions under which laboratory studies are planned, performed and monitored. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that finalists (MLC and MLS), make it a point to undertake this training.
At the end of the training, each participant shall be issued a credible certificate graded according to attendance and pro-activeness during the training. The GCLP certificate is an important tool in practice and also favorable competition in the job market.
The GCLP training will take place at Mbarara University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Science Building Room 311.
