Dr. Cathy Atuhaire (PhD) was nominated and awarded a post doctorate as a forgarty fellow for the year 2023/2024 at Harvard university. Cathy will be participating in the National Institutions of Health (NIH), Forgarty International Center (FIC) launch research training program.
The fellowship is a one year mentored research training program for fellows from the US and low middle income countries. This made it competitive for fellows from all over the world, making Dr. Cathy Atuhaire (PhD) stand out. Cathy will be mentored by Prof: Samuel Maling from MUST Psychiatry Department and Prof: Vikrim Patel– a Professor of Psychiatry from Harvard university.
