Defending the title for the past three years

The team was welcomed by the Head of the Department of Energy, Minerals, and Petroleum Studies which currently houses the Petroleum Engineering and Environmental Management program. Eng. Fortune Ogene introduced the SASTCE Student Annual Conference, an event that brings together students from across the country who are pursuing petroleum studies.

He noted that MUST has been the defending champion for the past three years. “As we go again, we are looking forward to defending the title. Our up-country location has not deterred our students from competing. Always be the best at what you do; if you are the best, the companies will look for you. Our graduates have already been absorbed into the petroleum industry. Let us keep the MUST flag high for visibility,” he said.
