Mr. Mugisha’s appointment is a true “homecoming.” He is a proud MUST Alumnus from the  Faculty of Science, belonging to the graduating class of 2004. His return to his alma mater as a senior leader highlights his deep-rooted connection to the MUST community and its values.

Professional Career Journey

His career spans over two decades, transitioning from the classroom to high-level professional training management:

  • Foundation in Education (2005–2014): Mugisha dedicated nearly a decade to the education sector as an Education Officer. He served as a Teacher of Chemistry at both Kinyansano Girls’ High School and Ntungano High School, where he honed his skills in mentorship and student engagement.
