The Chairperson of the ARDC Committee cordially invites you to attend the 19th Annual Research Dissemination Conference (ARDC). This prestigious event will be held on November 15, 2024 at the Las Vegas Hotel in Mbarara.
As stated by Associate Professor Joel Bazira, the Chair of the ARDC, the conference serves as a platform for scholars from diverse academic backgrounds to interact, exchange ideas, and explore potential opportunities and solutions. The conference is designed to foster collaboration and intellectual growth among the academic community.
Associate Professor Vincent Batwala, the Director of the Graduate School, emphasized the importance of all researchers participating in the conference. He highlighted the opening mentors’ workshop as a valuable opportunity for mentors to share best practices and insights on guiding researchers. The subsequent PhD symposium will provide PhD candidates with a valuable experience in presenting their final theses. Batwala noted that the symposium features a panel of judges who offer constructive feedback on how to enhance the presentations. He likened the symposium to a mock final thesis defense, underscoring its significance for PhD candidates.
Both Associate Professor Bazira and Associate Professor Batwala urged researchers from all fields to participate in the ARDC. They encouraged those with papers to submit their abstracts through the designated links below.
