The world’s population has an insatiable appetite for energy, much of which still comes from fossil fuels.
Uganda specifically over the last decade has discovered large deposits of fossil fuels over the Albertine Region. The oil and gas industry consists of upstream, mid-stream and downstream operations. Upstream operations include exploration and production; midstream involves transportation and refining, while downstream operations include distribution and marketing.
