SUMMARY
I have 18 years of professional experience in University Teaching and Research, Development Planning and Management, Evaluation and Agricultural Livelihood Support in Communities in private sector organizations, local government, the academia and NGO sectors during which I participated in research and development projects as well as consultancies financed by agencies like NUFFIC, CRS, SNV, USAID, Plan, Send A Cow, We Effect and Gorta-Self Help Africa, among others. I am competent in conducting academic and development researches and also fit for purpose in extensive agricultural livelihood development project planning and management with succinct scientific, innovative, and user-friendly approaches to project design, implementation, feasibility studies, and baseline studies, management for change/results capacity building, monitoring and evaluation. I also have extensive consultancy engagements and entering into academic publications. I am also building PDCC, a recently formed local consultancy firm from a UGX 15 million to UGX 150 million total values of assignments.
