The Master of Medicine (M.Med) in Internal Medicine is a robust, full-time postgraduate program that trains qualified doctors to become Internal Medicine Specialists (Internists).
Internists are experts in the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of complex illnesses in adults. They are often called the “physicians’ physicians” due to their broad knowledge base across various organ systems and their role in coordinating care for patients with multiple chronic diseases (multimorbidity).
