The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Pauline Byakika-Kibwika, warmly invites you to the working tour of the Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation, Hon. Dr. Monica Musenero, in Western Uganda from Tuesday, 25th March, to Friday, 28th March 2025.
This visit aims to highlight the transformative impact of STI-OP-funded projects on Uganda’s socio-economic growth, as well as to document progress for advocacy and strategic planning.
The Hon. Minister will conduct site visits to STI-OP funded project locations to engage directly with teams, observe innovations, and discuss how the work aligns with Uganda’s STI Operational Plan (STI-OP) goals.
As the leading university of science and technology in the region, we are excited to host scientists who will showcase their groundbreaking Science and Innovations. This is a unique opportunity for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
The week’s activities will end with the Scientists’ Conference at MUST on Friday, 28th March 2025. Your participation will contribute to the success of this phenomenal event.
