Grand Round: Family Nursing Interventions in Mental Health Care

This Grand Round session will focus on Family Nursing Interventions in Mental Health Care. 
The chief presenter is Professor Eydís Kristín Sveinbjarnardóttir. She is the Academic Chair in PMH nursing, RN, MSN, PhD. School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery- University of Iceland.

Overview: “The active involvement of family members in the care of individuals with mental health challenges is a crucial factor in promoting recovery. Psychiatric nurses play a vital role in implementing family-focused interventions, as they support medication adherence, enhance coping strategies, and contribute significantly to the prevention of relapse.”
