They began by shedding light on the essence of E-Learning and its pivotal role in higher education, underlining its significance for the future.
The event’s agenda encompassed various key components, including the crafting of institution-specific E-Learning policies. Participants engaged in strategic brainstorming sessions to define E-Learning goals and objectives, identify target audiences and stakeholders, and devise strategies aligning E-Learning with institutional goals.
A critical aspect addressed was the creation of sustainable revenue models for E-Learning, with discussions on budgeting and cost considerations. Strategies for scalability and growth in this digital education landscape were also at the forefront. Feedback collection from all attendees ensured that voices and ideas were heard, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Distinguished attendees included Mr. Kamuganga Francis, an assistant lecturer at MUST; Charity Namara, the project lead in charge of Partnerships at Cyber School; Mr. Amos Baryashaba, the principal IT officer at MUST; Mr. CPA Baker Ssekito, the Chief Operations Officer of Eight Tech Consultants; Mr. Drake Patrick Mirembe, the Chief Technology Officer of Eight Tech Consultants; Mr. Dickson Karungi, Deputy Academic Registrar at MUST; Mr. Wilson Adriko, the Senior Librarian at MUST; Drakani Celestine from MUST; Araka Nickson, a lab technician; Amongi Mary, an assistant registrar; and Julius Opio, the lead institution and personnel capacity building.
