WHO CAN SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT FOR PRESENTATION?
- Registered MUST PhD students at Data Collection, Data Analysis, First to Fourth Objective, or Mock Defense levels.
- Non-MUST students who wish to present an abstract will be required to pay a fee of UGX 100,000 to cater for meals and registration.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 24th October 2025 at 12:00 PM
VENUE: Kihumuro Campus
DATE/TIME: Thursday, 20th November 2025, Starting 8:00 am
Slots: 21 presentation slots, first-come, first-served
NOTE: All PhD Students are supposed to have presented their work progressively in annual symposiums as a requirement before final approval (Do not be caught unaware)
