Registration and Orientation
The Academic Registrar’s team plays a crucial role in guiding the new students through the registration process. The team provides clear instructions on which faculty is registering at which campus, ensuring a smooth and organized process. Students receive comprehensive registration guidelines, which help them navigate the necessary paperwork and procedures.
To help the new students acclimate to university life, a detailed orientation program has been organized. This program is designed to introduce them to the university’s facilities, rules, and support services. It also provides a platform for them to meet faculty members, staff, and fellow students.

In line with its commitment to inclusivity, MUST gave special recognition to students with disabilities (PWDs). The admission ceremony marks the final step of the registration exercise. During this formal event, the Vice-Chancellor will officially admit all registered students to the university.
The ceremony will include the deans of each faculty presenting the students who will then take an oath, pledging to abide by the university’s rules and regulations. They will also pledge to obey the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, and all other university authorities.
Following the formal proceedings, the guild officials will announce the Mr. and Ms. Fresher of the Year 2025/2026.
