The University of Ngozi and Mbarara University of Science Technology have an existing partnership and cooperate in a variety of joint academic and education activities such as medical education, student training, research collaboration, innovation, exchange visits for both staff and students, and joint research projects and publications. This partnership aims at providing a framework for cooperation and collaboration between the two institutions and operates closely with the Ugandan Embassy in Burundi.
