The Master of Medicine (M.Med) in General Surgery is a comprehensive, rigorous postgraduate surgical training program that prepares qualified doctors to become General Surgeons.
General Surgery is the foundation of all surgical specialties. The M.Med program focuses on the diagnosis, pre-operative, operative, and post-operative management of surgical conditions, primarily in the abdomen, breast, head/neck (excluding ENT and Ophthalmologic procedures), soft tissues, endocrine system, and trauma.
