The management, staff, students and the entire fraternity of the Faculty of Medicine would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our colleagues who retired this year. You served MUST and the Faculty of Medicine with dedication and love, and you have now retired with dignity and honor.
We are reminded of this quote by the famous scientist, Albert Einstein: “Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.”
Through your committed service to MUST, you made the lives of both students and staff under your care worthwhile. Surely, amidst your work, some days may have been difficult days, but you were unwavering in your commitment to your work. We highly appreciate it.
We must, above all, also appreciate that your long years of service to MUST were made possible by God who blessed you with good health. Waking up each morning to come for work, week after week, year after year might seem simple but it is not. Only the grace of God can make it possible. And it is by Faith that we can each work and reach our retirement.
It is our prayer that the good Lord who has been with you while here at MUST and in the Faculty of Medicine stays with you, takes care of your needs, and blesses you with a long and happy life with your respective families as you embark on your next endeavors.
Note: The Faculty of Medicine will hold a ceremony to celebrate the staff who retired this year on Wednesday, 18th December 2024 at 4 pm.
